簡單說：本 App 不會蒐集、儲存或傳送您的任何個人資料。它沒有網路連線權限，所有運算都在您的裝置上完成，也沒有廣告、分析工具或第三方 SDK。

1. 我們蒐集哪些資料

不蒐集任何個人資料。本 App 不會要求您註冊或登入，不會索取姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、位置、通訊錄、相片或任何其他個人資訊，也不會建立任何識別碼來追蹤您。

2. 網路連線

本 App 未宣告 android.permission.INTERNET 權限，因此在技術上無法連上網路或將任何資料傳送到外部伺服器。您可以在 Google Play 商店頁面的「資料安全」區塊，或以任何 APK 檢視工具檢查應用程式的權限清單來驗證這一點。

3. 權限與感測器

`VIBRATE`（震動）	讀數到達水平／垂直時發出短震動提示，讓您不必盯著螢幕。可在 App 介面中關閉。
重力／加速度感測器	計算手機的傾斜角度。這是 App 的核心功能，Android 系統不要求此類感測器申請權限。感測器數值僅存在於記憶體中即時運算並顯示，不會被記錄、儲存或傳送。

本 App 不會存取相機、麥克風、定位、聯絡人、檔案或其他任何敏感權限。

4. 儲存在您裝置上的資料

為了讓您下次開啟時不必重新設定，本 App 會在裝置本機（Android SharedPreferences）保存以下偏好設定：

零點校正值（您按下「設為零點」時的基準姿勢）
角度單位選擇（度數或坡度 %）
震動提示的開／關狀態

這些資料不含任何個人資訊，僅存在於您的裝置上，其他 App 無法讀取。解除安裝本 App 時，這些資料會一併被系統刪除。

5. Android 自動備份

本 App 使用 Android 系統預設的自動備份機制，因此上述偏好設定可能會被納入您自己的裝置備份中（例如換新手機時還原設定）。此備份由 Android 系統與您的 Google 帳戶處理，開發者無法存取備份內容，其處理方式適用 Google 的隱私權政策。您可以在系統的「設定 → Google → 備份」中關閉備份功能。

6. 廣告、分析與第三方

本 App 沒有置入任何廣告、分析（Analytics）、當機回報或行為追蹤工具，也沒有整合任何會蒐集資料的第三方服務或社群登入。因此本 App 不會與任何第三方分享資料 —— 因為根本沒有資料可以分享。

7. 兒童隱私

本 App 適合所有年齡層使用。由於完全不蒐集任何資料，自然也不會蒐集 13 歲以下（或您所在地區規定之年齡以下）兒童的個人資訊。

8. 您的權利

由於開發者未持有您的任何資料，因此沒有可供查詢、更正或刪除的個人資料。若您想清除 App 在裝置上保存的偏好設定，可以直接解除安裝本 App，或前往系統的「設定 → 應用程式 → 水平儀 → 儲存空間 → 清除資料」。

9. 政策變更

若本 App 未來的功能有所調整，本政策也會隨之更新，並在本頁面上修改「最後更新日期」。重大變更會隨新版本一併於 Google Play 的更新說明中告知。建議您不定期回到本頁面查看。

In short: this app collects, stores, and transmits none of your personal data. It has no internet permission, every calculation runs on your device, and there are no ads, analytics, or third-party SDKs.

1. Information We Collect

None. The app requires no account or sign-in. It never asks for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, and it does not create any identifier to track you.

2. Network Access

The app does not declare the android.permission.INTERNET permission, so it is technically incapable of connecting to a network or sending any data to an external server. You can verify this in the Data safety section of its Google Play listing, or by inspecting the app's permission list with any APK inspection tool.

3. Permissions and Sensors

Item	Purpose
`VIBRATE`	A short pulse when a reading settles onto level or plumb, so you can keep your eyes on the surface instead of the screen. It can be switched off in the app.
Gravity / accelerometer sensor	Used to calculate the tilt angle of your device — the core function of the app. Android requires no permission for these sensors. Readings exist only in memory while the app is open and are never logged, stored, or transmitted.

The app does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, files, or any other sensitive permission.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

So that you don't have to set things up again each time, the app saves the following preferences locally on your device (Android SharedPreferences):

Your zero-point calibration (the reference position you set with "Set zero")
Your unit preference (degrees or slope %)
Whether the vibration alert is on or off

None of this contains personal information. It stays on your device, is not readable by other apps, and is deleted by the system when you uninstall the app.

5. Android Auto Backup

The app uses Android's default auto-backup behaviour, so the preferences above may be included in your own device backup (for example, to restore your settings on a new phone). That backup is handled by the Android system and your Google account; the developer cannot access its contents, and it is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can turn backup off under Settings → Google → Backup on your device.

6. Advertising, Analytics, and Third Parties

The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or behavioural tracking, and integrates no third-party services or social logins that collect data. Consequently no data is shared with anyone — there is none to share.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for users of all ages. Because it collects no data whatsoever, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

8. Your Rights

Since the developer holds none of your data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete. To clear the preferences the app stores on your device, simply uninstall it, or go to Settings → Apps → Spirit Level → Storage → Clear data.

9. Changes to This Policy

If the app's functionality changes, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date above revised. Significant changes will also be noted in the release notes on Google Play. You are encouraged to review this page from time to time.
